Safe In The Arms of Jesus....

I am so sadly overwhelmed for my dear friend, Brittney & her husband Andy at this time of grief in their lives, at the loss of their precious little baby. Please keep Brittney & Andy in your prayers and thoughts, and send her a word of encouragement to her, i know she would really love it. She is a very sweet young lady,  and i have really enjoyed getting to know her over the past few months. I pray the Lord will comfort them as only he can, and give them hope in knowing that its not a forever goodbye.... they will see their precious "lil peanut" again someday. :) Even though his prescence was only for a season, i pray they can rest in knowing that lil peanut is now  Safe In the Arms of Jesus. I cant even begin to imagine the pain and grief they are going through right now... even though there little one wasnt born into this world yet, i know that you hold so much hope and dreams for any little one still in the womb.... so my heart really does go out to them. I am a strong believer in that, God knows best always, even when we see no reason, or dont understand his reason for doing soething. In those times that really try us, is when we must draw closer to him and trust that he knows best.

I love you Britt, you & Andy are in my prayers and thoughts...  may you both take some comfort in knowing that your little peanut is now Safe in the Arms of Jesus.

I found this song, by Twila Paris, "Visitor From Heaven..." and thought it very sweet.
I could only find the one Video on youtube of the song... of someone elses precious little baby that they lost.

A visitor from Heaven
If only for a while
A gift of love to be returned
We think of you and smile

A visitor from Heaven
Accompanied by grace
Reminding of a better love
And of a better place

With aching hearts and empty arms
We send you with a name
It hurts so much to let you go
But we're so glad you came
We're so glad you came

A visitor from Heaven
If only for a day
We thank Him for the time He gave
And now it's time to say
We trust you to the Father's love
And to His tender care
Held in the everlasting arms
And we're so glad you're there
We're so glad you're there

With breaking hearts and open hands
We send you with a name
It hurts so much to let you go
But we're so glad you came
We're so glad you came.

Love

Aw, Melissa. Thank you so much. This post touched me so much, and the song made me cry! It's so true.... It hurts so much to let our baby we loved so much go, but we're so glad we got to share in his (or her) life... even if it was for just a short time. Thank you. I love you!
