Preparations for the new arrival... :)

Well it has been a while since i posted uh? Oh well! Better things to do i guess, Haha ;) No just kidding. Hehe Hope your all well, and been keeping busy! I have been pretty busy myself. Now that i am feeling alot better with no morning sickness etc (except sometimes i still vomit occasionally, esp first thing in the morning!... weird uh?) i have been getting stuck into organising things, and clearing stuff out. Its a nice feeling knowing that your getting things done slowly... but surely! I sometimes take a while to get motivated with some stuff... like eg - cleaning out cupboards that havent been cleaned for over a year!!!! Who knows what i will find in there, Maybe stuff that i have been looking for for a year??? Wouldnt that be just the greatest thing since sliced bread? I do think!
My dear loving husband, Much to his sadness has had to pack his study away in time for the babies arrival. I feel kind of sorry for him not being able to have a study, but in the meantime he will have to get by without one i guess unfortunately! Until we get a bigger house, hopefully in the next few years. It was alot of hard work packing his study up too! His computer desk is HUGE, it was cus
tom built by a friend for him. So he had to undo all of that, and it weighed a tonne! Plus having to take all the bits downstairs to garage was hard too.. no wonder he had a sore back after all that!  :- (

So this is what the room looks like at the present moment! Haha...
We painted the back feature wall in the babies room a nice greeny colour. :-) The colour is in the picture above.  Since we dont know what the sex is, i thought green would be a great colour, and i really LOVE green too. Its a great colour! Choosing green paint can be quite difficult though, but this time it turned out just how i wanted it, so that was even better! I have had a few mishaps with green paint before, choosing the wrong shade and all you see. Next step will be to put the Cot, and change table together and start organising things in the room. What fun! I cant wait.... Hehe So its all coming slowly together!
My dear SIL Naomi, has lent me a sweet wooden cradle to use for the bub when its a newborn. We have set that up, and its really sweet! I do love cradles, they are just the cutest things!  : - ) I just need to find a veil for the cradle to go over the top and thats that.
OH and the exciting news is... we find out if little munchkin is a BOY or a GIRL on Friday. Hehe Cant wait! I am guessing its going to be a BOY... Dont ask me why. Just think so. : - ) Will let you know when i know! I am not really fussed as to what sex the bub is, just as long as its healthy and safely brought into the world. That is what matters most!

Isnt it sweet? : - ) Abby thinks so. Haha
Anyhow, thats about it! Till i bring glad tidings on Friday .. take care!

Love
Melissa
