Sound of a Little Life...

Currently, i am 15 weeks pregnant, today actually. :) Its all going well, minus picking up a urinary tract infection which hasnt been fun let me tell you! Considering i have never had one before, which i find annoying, lol and now i get one. Never mind, they are very common in pregnancy from what i have been told, so its nothing to worry about too much. I started the antibiotics for that yesterday (after trying natural remedies, that were not working well or quick enough for my liking! Haha) so that should help alot, looking forward to finally saying goodbye to this thing! And praying it doesnt come back, like they can do! :0/ Other than that, all is going very well. :) My blood pressure is great, no swelling of feet and ankles, naseau has settled right down (although i am not feeling to crash hot right now..) no vomiting for a couple days! Yay is all i can say to that! I am also starting to have a little bump now. :-) 

This week i had my first appointment at the hospital which i will have my baby at, considering all goes well! Everything went well, and the hospital is also so new and very nice! We were very impressed. The midwife that attended our appointment was so nice too! She was so down to earth, and very informative and open. She gave me a bunch of information and reading material (as if i dont have enough already! ARRRRG!!! :) ) so that will keep me busy for a while. We have started to buy a few items for the babies room, so will shortly be setting up his/her room. I cant wait to find out what i am having in approx 4 weeks! Getting close, cant wait! So i am all booked into the hospital, and also we will be starting birthing classes in a few months from now which i am excited about, also nervous though! 

The highlight of my week has been....... Hearing my little ones heartbeat for the first time! TWICE in one day, how great is that? Hehe First at the hospital, and then at the doctors office.. so neat! Isnt it amazing? That one little sound, can hold so much joy and hope! What a precious gift. It was just beautiful. ;) Anyway.. yes, i am clucky as if you couldnt tell! Haha
