Day 2 - Your definition of Success
Success can bring happiness, but true happiness comes from the heart, and from having joy. You cannot buy joy, it is God given. I think that if you love what you are doing you will be successful. Whether it be in a place of work or in the home. To be successful, it takes a lot of hard work, persistance and determination to achieve the end goal for which you are striving.
We as humans judge success usually by material, or monetary gain. I dont think that is true definition of success, but only part of it. I think that if you know in your heart that you have given something your all, and you tried your best, then you have succeeded at just that. I believe that hard work and determination will eventually pay off. We all learn from our mistakes, and sometimes it takes a mistake to lead us to be successful in the end. When we look back and see our mistake, we can learn from it. We must recognize that true success comes about by taking many failed paths, all which serve a purpose to step us in the right direction - which i believe will eventually lead us to success in the end, at whatever it may be. You have to desire it with all that you are.
