The Arrival of the New Addition... :-)

(FYI - something went bad wrong with this post and its font! I have tried to fix it, about 10 times. Haha So now i will just leave it!)
Well we are home safe and sound, with Abby bouncing around happily! Haha :-) She's too beautiful. Hehe :-) Alot of fun, and we just love her to bits!
Ashlee, our niece came along for the drive too! It was very long! (12 hours all up!) plus another 4.5 on Sunday to take ashlee home again. :-) All good fun! We love going on long drives, and admiring the scenery and all, so beautiful! Abby is just so cute, and she is settling in very well. We are very impressed with her! :-) As i am typing now, she is sleeping on some of Dan's clothes. Haha It's too cute!

So i will share some pics from the weekend below.....

We had a good time visiting my family also. They are all getting so big! I am reminded just how small i am whenever i see them... Fancy having a sister that is older than you, but is about 3 inches shorter than you! Haha, I am sure the three of my younger siblings will tower over me when they are done growing! :-)
The first night we bought Abby home, was sad. She was missing her family, i a
m sure as she whined all night just about! And i had to get her out twice from her crate, to take her to the bathroom. She's so good already! I tell her, "Go wee wee's" and she does it outside. So cute! So far, she has only had a couple of small accidents inside, which were when we had to take our eyes off her for more than a couple of seconds, lol, but other than that she has been great with Potty Training. :-) The crate method seems to be working very well. :-) I know some people think it's cruel, and it definately is hard to lock something that cute up for the whole night! But it definately works... You have to be cruel to be kind sometimes. :-) But we are very pleased with how she is doing!
So far i have learned about her, that she loves Ribbons, shoes (NAUGHTY! but what puppy doesnt?! haha) and toilet paper rolls, and Feet! Haha :-) She just loves chasing my feet around all day, and follows me everywhere i got. It's all just too cute. Haha She's getting use to hearing "NO!" alot too, with all the things she chews, i am constantly having to watch her like a hawk! Haha :-) I don't want a dog that chews everything! That would be horrible! :-)
Anyway, enjoy the pics. :-) Isnt she as cute as a button? :-) hehe

The twins, our adorable niece and nephew are getting so big too! Anna is standing all by herself now, and there has been some improvement with Zach also. Naomi is still waiting on tests, and things to confirm whether or not he has celebral palsy or not. He is so happy though! I love how he calls out to his sister Ashlee, by saying, "aaaaaa" it just melts my heart! So cute.... :-) You will hear him the video's i post later!
The trip was so beautiful, with all the scenery! We were surprised just how
green it was, as i remember going the same way beforehand, and remembering how brown and dry everything was! Thank the Lord above for the good rain! He knows we need it! :-) There were so many fields, with beautiful yellow!

Don't you just love my picture taking ability? Ha! Yeah right, i guess that's what happens when you try to take pictures in a vehicle that is travelling at 100km's per hour! Haha :-) But the thing i love most about driving through small country towns is all the beautiful old cottage style houses, and church buildings! Architecture back then was something else... its a shame they dont really build buildings, and houses like that anymore! They are so beautiful to look at! :-) I didnt get any pics of my favourite ones, sad! We were going to fast.... lol
Yes, i'm afraid the behaviour above displayed by my little sister Cassie, (13) runs in the family. ;-) For some reason she had the urge to put on mum's sun glasses and parade about the house... haha Where did she get such a notion???
See what i mean about her being younger, and me being 9 years older... Check out how much taller than me she is! :-) But as i always say, you dont have to be very tall to be much taller than me! haha

Cassie & I... :-)
My sister Jessica (11) and i below

This photo of Dan and i was too funny not to post! I just had to share it. Hah We were being random with the camera. Haha :-) Gotta go, take care! xoxo

Abby is GORGEOUS! Enjoy this bundle of cuteness!

Ah, it is sad being short... I too am the eldest and my brother (15 years old) towers above me!

In one of the photos with Abby, I noticed your engagement and wedding rings. They are beautiful!!! Did you choose them, or did Dan surprise you?

Loved seeing the photos!
Tash.
