A Shower for the wee one!

On Saturday the 5th of September a Baby shower was held for our little one. :) What a special day it was, and was enjoyed by all. Good food, fellowship and fun! What more could you ask for? hehe

Thanks so much to Julie, my dear mother in law for all your hard work and effort! See, it turned out good in the end eh? No need to stress.... Haha.. And to Naomi, my sister in law for all her hard work too! I am very grateful! :)

To Jesse, my dear friend whom put so much effort into the shower preparing food, making the cake and getting decorations etc, thank you so so much for making the day an extra special one! I know how much time, effort and expense goes into baby shower, so to everyone that participated.. thank you so so much! I will remember it as a very special time! I love some of the special mementos i got to help me remember the day and treasure it. :) I cant wait to see the album when it is done! My SIL Naomi, is making a scrapbook album of some of the photos from the baby shower, which people at the shower on the day made pages out of to put the photos on, so that was a very neat idea i thought! :)

Anyhoo, cant stay long.... work to do! I am sorry i have been terrible at blogging lately, i know! But things have been rather busy.. and will no doubt get busier! So here are some pics below from the baby shower.... Enjoy! And i hope your all well! :) I have been popping by your blogs... so dont worry, i havent disapeared totally just yet........... lol hehe!

these were the adorable favors my mother in law, and sister in law made. :) They had lovely cupcakes in them which had green icing, and a cute little teddy bear on top!

The awesome blue drink.. That i had way to much of. Haha At least 6 glasses! Yes, way to much sugar, and boy did i know it afterwards. Baby was moving around alot! Haha....

The adorable guestbook my friend michelle made. She is also very talented when it comes to designing things! :) I loved this, was such a sweet idea, and contains some very sweet messages from dear friends.
